I had been referred to Livingston Hearing in Chandler by Starkey, who highly recommended them. Cheryl Carlson at Livingston Hearing Aids in Chandler is extremely well trained, professional and patient. She took the time to clean my hearing aids, ensure compatibility with my phone, and show me how to do these things myself. She completed the station sound booth and the sound field test. My hearing aids required a lot of adjustments, which she made. Cheryl at Livingston Hearing Aids in Chandler helped me immensely, and I never felt rushed. I am so happy that I found Livingston in Chandler; I know that I can count on Cheryl for excellent service!

I had hearing aids but never wore them as they were visible and I was self conscious about them as I wear my hair short. I went to see Cheryl at Livingston’s and am the happiest person . She is fantastic!!! I purchased the invisible ones am thrilled with being able to hear and that no one can tell I’m wearing them! I highly recommend!!! Even my husband can’t see them

(January 11, 2020, 12:16 pm)I moved from El Paso,TX to Anthem,AZ and visited the LAC in Chandler,AZ, Cheryl is the best professional and kind hearing specialist I ever seen, she removed cerumen from my ears, aid tune up my HA, recalibrate my devises, she teach me how take more advantages from my SurfLink, she provide me the best service I had over the years I use hearing aids and make me feel as if we were long time friends, and everything for free!, if I can I give her 10 Stars instead of 5!

I work in the airline industry and put off getting my hearing checked for years because I didn't know where to start and was skeptical. Cheryl has walked me through this whole complicated process and handled everything from getting the right fit to getting the most out of my insurance. It turns out that I have hard to fit ears and she has worked tirelessly to figure out the puzzle. This girl knows her stuff! You won't find a better hearing center or a better technician! Go there! And tell them I sent you because they have an amazing referral program too! :)

Cheryl Carlson was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience a five star one. I was impressed by the modern technology her office has to offer for a comfortable, thorough hearing testing. Cheryl shared her wast knowledge about hearing - something I really appreciate in medical professionals. My hearing turned out to be normal and I was not offered any additional services or products. I can warmly recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Chandler for anyone with hearing issues and for those wanting to have their hearing tested.
