Alex has helped me learn how to use my body properly and has helped me as an athlete with injury prevention, strengthening small muscle groups, proper movement and body mechanics, mobility, flexibility. He is very good at what he does and has a professional environment fully equipped to suit the needs of anyone needing to recover from injury, relieving pain, pain management and more. I had 2 shoulder surgeries and I went to him for a full recovery.
