  I experienced VTach intermittently for 15 years. I previously saw 3 cardiologists and 2 electrophysiologists and no one could find the problem. Dr. Shah did! Dr. Shah not only found the cause of the VTach, but performed several procedures that have stopped them. She asked questions, listened, and partnered with me to find a solution. I cannot say enough about her outstanding skills as a doctor!

  I have been under the care of Dr Himal Shah over the last two years. Her care has been attentive and professional. I recently had a medical emergency and Dr Shah had informed the hospital in advance of my arrival. Everything went smoothly. Even though Dr Himal was out of town on travel she followed up several times and had her partner cardiologist see me in the hospital.

  So Dr. Shah - who has proctored my cardiac healthcare for the past 3 years - thought I needed a bi-pap at bedtime and scheduled a sleep study. I was angry with her even after it showed my sleep apnea.
  
  Eventually I accepted the results (and machine) and now I sleep almost all night and feel better during the day. Even my yearly heart function is improved. Guess I'm no longer angry at her as my Cardiologist. Can't imagine why anybody else would be either.

  My first visit to Dr. Himal Shaw. Good experience. Very attentive listener. Advises well, balancing the patient’s outlook with what medical expertise may offer.
