(December 10, 2019, 9:04 am)I was very happy with the process of my gallbladder. Dr. Stevenson was very nice the people in the office was nice too. Until I need them to send my paper work to HR. I called to find out if they fax my paperwork and she had me on hold for 26 minutes. She never pick up to ask me if HR received the paperwork. It's been two week after my procedure and paperwork still wasnt process they lost it and they're very busy.

(May 30, 2019, 8:30 pm)This is Michelle Ketelhut. Dr. Stevenson repaired a hiatal hernia I had for 35+ years, and an umbilical hernia. Everything went great! I was able to finally stop using antacids like Zantac and 2 years later still do not have any indigestion at all. Thanks Dr. Stevenson and staff!!

(May 3, 2018, 6:32 pm)Giving a 4 star because the staff, gabby and Stevie in particular are very unprofessional. I have called a few times and they both talk over me and rush me off the phone. Looks like the office may need some additional training and seemed annoyed by my questions.
On the other hand, the surgeon is nice and listens unlike the others. I would recommend this office only if the staff corrects how they speak to the clients.
