I have had such a great experience here as the staff is always friendly, the area is always clean, our neighbors are friendly, and overall it is a safe community. The gate is usually broken, but honestly I don't mind it. I have never had any problems with theft or safety. Overall, this is a great place and I love it here! Thanks trevi!

(April 30, 2019, 11:11 am)Great place to live with a few minor annoyances. Dog owners don’t always pick up poo. People drive too fast through lot and some lighting burnt out. On the plus side - quiet, friendly, safe, clean, enjoyable living. Gym is nice, pool area is great!

(December 23, 2018, 3:25 am)So far I am enjoying living at Trevi. I am a fairly new resident and I must say the staff in the office is wonderful! They made everything really simple for us at move in. The maintenance guy (Victor) is the great! We had some issues with our kitchen sink and microwave when we had moved in and Victor came right over to fix them for us.
I love the Tuscan feel at the property the landscape is well maintained.
Another pro is they have an email service that alerts you when you have packages. This is a nice feature especially around the holidays! :)
The only cons I would say is the gym in the complex. It is rather small. They have a cable machine that is missing most of the attachments. My assumption is people take them. So although a nice thing to have you can't do much with out the attachments. They do have free weights and a few cardio machines.
