(January 15, 2022, 9:48 pm)I needed to make a return that I had purchased online. The young lady at the register was polite, quick, and friendly. This store was very clean and organized nicely. They had a big map right when you walk in with the layout and departments in the store so that you could find what you need. They had a lot of sale/clearance merchandise. JCP also has an app where you can get discounts and points for your purchases.
