  Ant & Olivia were both a pleasure to work with. They were very attentive, and solved our problem quickly. They also offered us great options on phones & service changes that ultimately saved us money. Will always come to this shop for my future needs. Thanks for the great service!

  I have had nothing but trouble with AT&T and I was ready to leave. My mother passed away and I’ve been trying to cancel her accounts. I went to the store as a last resort just frustrated. Winter and Jordan took such great care of me and apologized for the experience I had, Winter had shown a great level of class not putting down her employer and in teaching her employee how to handle someone with my situation. I feel that these two employees are a huge asset to the company and made losing my mother a little easier. Winter sat with me on the phone for almost an hour trying to get the correct department to help. I’ve never seen that level of patience from someone in retail. She didn’t brush me away and really took the time to know me and even asked about my mother’s life. She didn’t try to sell me anything and was very kind through a difficult experience. Really special experience at this location. Thank you Winter and Jordan!!

  Had a great experience with the team at this location. The manager and the other sales person working this morning solved all my issues with ease and made me feel at home! I will send my family here from now on!! Our normal store is the corporate store by the target but we never feel taken care of there. Thanks!!!

  My husband and I went into this AT&T store today needing help with Christmas gifts and also, lowering our monthly bill. Elijah assisted us with amazing customer service, patience and a bit of humor too! I really wish that more AT&T stores and it’s reps were like this. Elijah listened to what it was that we were there for, gave us a few different options and explained each option thoroughly. My husband and I were truly impressed by the service we received by not just Elijah but also the store manager. Great Customer Service is becoming increasingly hard to find and yet was easily found here. I’ve left several AT&T stores frustrated before, fuming and on the verge of canceling my service. This was not the case today. This is now our go to store for anything AT&T related!!
