  I had hand tied extensions done, and couldn't recommend Heather enough! My hair was thin and whispy, but now it looks so full and healthy. I'm ecstatic!
  I only had one row installed, but it makes a huge difference in fullness. The quality of hair that Heather uses is top notch and she dyed it to custom match my color. My "new" hair looks shiny and healthy and indistinguishable from my own hair. She is very skilled at tying in the extensions, so I am 5 months in and have had no damage to my own hair and my cut keeps its shape throughout. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

  Heather Dill is the owner Shear Organic Hair and micro-blading. I am serious when I say, she takes your hair to the next level. Her products are clean and make your hair look amazing. I haven’t had my hair done in 5 months and her skills in cutting and color for blondes are top notch. As a small business owner myself I highly respect the way she runs her business. She is so professional and you can tell Immediately she takes great pride in her work. Worth every single penny to go to someone who cares so much about her clients and her business. And I will mention she is very personable and has a super cute salon. Happy to have found Heather and Shear Organic Hair in Chandler, Arizona! Go check her out you won’t regret it.

  Heather is amazing! She is very talented and at the top of her profession. I’ve been trying to get my hair back to a dark rich brown and haven’t had luck the last couple years until I found Heather. Her products are safe, healthy and last a long time. I’m grateful I found her and highly recommend Sheer Organic Salon!

  Heather has been doing my hair for the last 5 years. She is amazing at her craft and I know my hair isn’t being damaged with chemicals. Plus between Heather’s hospitality, her chic modern salon, the essential oils diffusing, and her offer of water, tea and even wine (?), I always feel pampered after I leave.

  Heather is amazing!! I've been going to her for over 7 years now. My hair used to be very brittle and stringy. But because of the color and products she uses (and recommends!) it is extremely healthy and beautiful. She stays up to date on all the trends so I never worry about how my hair will look. I've gone back and forth over the years between light and dark hair and my hair has no damage! I couldn't recommend her more!! You won't be disappointed!!
