Every department my daughters and I went into, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help immediately. One person I want to spotlight is Tony in fragrance. The help and customer service we received was incredible. Thank you!

(December 28, 2020, 5:43 pm)I love Dillards- high quality merchandise and excellent service. Unfortunately, everything in the store seems to have been sprayed with a strongly scented cheap cologne. I had to wash all the washables before we could wear them and have had my dry clean only garments hanging outside for several days. I will probably have to spring for dry cleaning because they still smell. Arghh
