  The front office staff, medical assistant and the other staff were polite and helpful on my first visit.
  The new patient forms are very detailed and ask for a thorough history.
  First I saw Lara the Nurse Practitioner who had read my history and listened carefully to my concerns.
  Then I saw Dr. Reddy who also listened carefully, and took time to answer all of my questions.
  She did a thorough exam and ordered a large panel of lab tests (they have a lab there) to check for other potentially related medical conditions. I also had an ultrasound right there in the office.
  The first appointment was easy to get but unfortunately the follow up appointment was very limited availability.

  I agree with quite a few of the complaints listed in reviews, however the office location has changed and it seems much better. I have been seeing Marie Perkins for years (Thyroid + Hormones). She has been nothing but honest, supportive and I continue coming because of her.

  When I called to schedule my appointment at Endocrinology Associates I was informed that there was a potential $250 deposit that would need to be paid at the time of service if my deductible wasn't met. :D The day of my appointment I was greeted by Francisco and was handed paperwork to sign and fill out. He was professional and quick with the check in process!
  
  I was called back maybe 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. No big deal. Dr. Harari took the time to answer all my questions and explain what his recommendations were for my health . I ended up having 2 in office tests completed during this visit... which was awesome...... because who likes to have to go all over town to have tests completed?
  
  I loved my experience and hope that every time is as pleasant as my first visit!
