(March 15, 2018, 10:59 am)I'm the owner of Pens, Etc. I feel it necessary to respond to a recent post. Fernando De La Cruz wrote a very negative review about his employment with Pens, Etc. Mr. De La Cruz was never employed here. He worked for a temp agency on a temp to hire basis. After a reasonable amount of time Mr. De La Cruz performance did not meet our minimum expectations. We have a very loyal staff with some people working here for 30 years+. We offer full benefits and a very lucrative profit sharing plan. We encourage our staff to perform as a team and reward the producers. I hope Mr. De La Cruz finds a company which is a better fit.
