  This place is okay but they recently raised their rates to include a gratuity but it’s unclear how much actually gets back directly to the therapist since they “all make different rates”. I don’t like this aspect. I want my 20% tip to go directly to the person providing the service. I’d be curious to know if their therapist got 20% raises? Things that make you wonder...
  
  Plus all built up credits, if you’re a member, are converted to their new system so I actually have less credits to use than I did before but I don’t “have to pay a tip”. So what? I’d rather have my credits and pay a tip directly to the therapist.
  
  The staff is amazing but not super impressed with their business model.
  
  If I knew what I knew now, I would NEVER have joined. I’ve been a member for 4 years approximately and will most likely be leaving them.
  
  Update 8/21/2020- I actually like the new credit system. I tipped accordingly anyways, this way I just get to check out and go on my way. The way the changed it was a bit haphazard but oh well.
  
  I also found a massage therapist I like there!

  I had the privilege of getting a massage and facial. I had the best massage of my life. Brandon was my massage therapist for my Lomi Lomi massage. He asked what kind of pressure I wanted and I said A LOT. He did not disappoint. I feel like some massage therapists are hesitant to use a lot of pressure. Brandon did not. The good amount of pressure combined with the Lomi Lomi technique was like heaven for my tired muscles. It made me realize that I don't care for my body the way I should. It does so much for me and I really do run it into the ground. Pun intended ?.
  
  My facial with Keri was also amazing. She has 18 years of experience and it was obvious. I've had a very stubborn white head that she was able to take care of. I learned that my skin is very dehydrated. She said this is very common here in AZ. She asked what kind of water I drink. I almost exclusively drink RO water from the RO system in our home. She said RO water is not good to be drinking all of the time because it's stripped of minerals. She suggested getting mineral drops to put into my water so that my body is utilizing all of that water I'm drinking. I also realized that I'm not taking care of my skin the way I should be.
  
  This whole experience made me realize that I've been a bit imbalanced in my approach to wellness. I need to be taking more time to renew my body instead of focusing so much on building it up.

  I saw Hayden for a massage yesterday. I’ve had probably 100 massages in my lifetime. This one was the best. Thank you!

  DiDi does amazing work! If you're curious and want to try a new therapist, I highly recommend booking with her. You'll certainly not regret it.
