  I have used the grooming and was very satisfied, this review is for the business itself.
  In the time of Corvid 19 I can see my Dr. (GP) when needed, I also can see my Oncologist, the lab personal, I can get an X Ray and CT scan, I have seen my dentist and pharmacist several times. SO WHY CAN I NOT SEE THE VET? What Pediatrician will tell you to call the office and they will send a tech out to take your child to the dr? Then make you wait in the baking sun while the routine was done, and have the tech return your child (dog) You don't even get to talk to the dr. but everything is conveyed by the tech. That is how this company works! I watched people take their dogs in the store to shop and do their business and make the people utilizing the vet stay outside in a parked car in the baking sun and never get to speak to the one doing medical exam or treatments on your pet. You NEVER get to speak directly to the vet, but everything is relayed 3rd party. I have asked several times why this is to a couple of different employees and the "canned answer" is always "It is company policy" Well, in my opinion there is not a vet out there that would tolerate taking their child to the doctor and accept the same treatment. We are paying the full price and not getting any kind of discount for half the treatment, we don't even get a face to face at an acceptable "social distance" while wearing a face mask, this treatment is ridiculous! I asked for a reduced volume rabies shot for my 24 pound dog, as it is known that reactions and deaths occur far too often, and instead of considering that both a 5 pound toy will get a 1ml shot the same as a 150 pound giant dog, it was again company policy. We are not being heard for reasonable requests and I am very annoyed with the company policy. I have dropped my poodle off in the grooming area and was told to go up front to pay, why must I pay for the veterinary service at my car when those shopping and grooming pay inside? The policy makes no sense, and if the policy makers used their own services they way they expect the clientele to do, perhaps they would see how flawed this system is. I star is far too high of a rating on the treatment of this company
  
  This is an update on my 1 star review.
  I spoke to Scarlett for quite some time about all aspects of my recent visits and she was very sincere in learning in my opinion where the company was not to my liking. We discussed the company policy and if it was being followed at the way it was intended and how it might be improved. Some items of my concern is not up to her, but instead falls into the hands of the practicing veterinarians. Those issues may be addressed at a latter date, but my dissatisfaction was listened to and understood. I am extremely satisfied with my discussion, I felt my concerns will be discussed and made better while we all try to navigate the concerns of Corvid 19
  
  I am giving a 5 star rating because I feel as though I was heard, my concerns will be addressed or discussed again if they can not be put into action at this time.
  
  Julie did a fantastic job on my poodle Bell, she was groomed as good as anyone could Ever do, and was not the least bit stressed out when I picked her up. The scissoring Julie did on Bell was that of a master! I do appreciate her talent.

  My dog Rocky who is a standard poodle gets groomed by Jimmy. We both love Jimmy he does a great job with Rocky and Rocky just adores him.
  Everyone in the grooming department and in the store all have been fabulous.

  We love Jimmy he takes great care of our girls' nails. Always gentle with our Willy. She is old and battling standing not to menrion cancer. No better pooch nail guy around. Thanks Jimmy good karma to you our friend. Mike, Corrina, Willow and Spot❤

  Brought my dog here to the groomers for his first time. Him and I both loved the 2 ladies that helped us! His haircut looks adorable. And they were having a cool promo for the month of July, ever groom gets a free 10lb bag of Avoderm food. Would definitely return here!

  “Exceptional” is appropriate! We had our pup groomed for her first time and her (my) experience was excellent. We met with Julie, she listened closely to our requests and took such loving care of our Penny. Her new hair cut looks amazing and she knows it! Also she smells lovely ❤️ Thank you!
