  In 2014 my first grandson was born and I wanted to retire from my job and be able to be a part of the next chapter of my life. Talking about your financial retirement is up there with the top 3 scary things in life if you ask me!!!
  You cannot ask for a better mentor or advisor then Mark. He is easy to talk to, very honest and you immediately feel that he is genuinely interested in giving his best for you.
  I have Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Long Term Care Insurance under his guidance and he has also helped me navigate the health insurance world, along with assisting me to have a secure financial plan for my future years.
  He is readily available any time I need to talk with him whether by email or phone, he responds promptly, his office staff support and align with his positive attitude and he makes time to ask about my family and my general life along with the business discussions.

  I have been a customer of Country Financial for 10+ years and have worked with couple of agents in that time. I have home, car and financial services with this company and have been happy with the performance and customer care. I have filed a few auto and home claims that were pretty much hassle free. Mark has been my agent of choice for the last 5yrs. He is professional and genuinely cares about his clients' well-being. He will always help you where he can.

  Mark and Country Financial have been wonderful to work with. I have been a client of Mark's for several years and the service I have received has been top notch.   Insurance is one of those subjects that no likes to talk about, but yet it is a critical component of anyone's physical and financial health, as well as their quality of life. It becomes even more important when you start family, as I have. For me, it boils down to trust and honesty. I was fortunate enough to meet Mark Derrico 10 years ago, and I've been thankful for his guidance and knowledge throughout a rather turbulent decade of change. But he has always been available to patiently answer my questions and counsel me to make good decisions, both with my insurance needs but also in my financial investing. Mark has not only met our expectations, he has far exceeded them. In closing, I would recommend Mark and Country Financial to anyone (and I have). I am confident that it be one of the smartest decisions you'll make.

  I recently had a major accident that was caused by an uninsured motorist, but thankfully I had Country Financial insurance. Words cannot express my gratitude for all of the professional and caring assistance I received from ALL of the Country Financial representatives that assisted me, starting with our rep, Mark Derrico. My husband and I consider Mark a family friend now...he is always there for us and we can count on his immediate assistance whenever we have questions or requests. It appears that Country Financial does an excellent job of hiring people like Mark since all of the other reps that also assisted me were all professional, informative, genuinely caring and so helpful. The communication was outstanding...I received either a call back or an email response from each and every person I dealt with at Country Financial. I dealt with five different reps and each of them did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Amazing! On top of that, I was treated like a family member...like they genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Many thanks to all of the wonderful Country Financial reps that assisted me through a stressful process...you made a positive difference.
