  Great buying experience at Toyota of Morristown. Steve Blumenfeld (Sales) was professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process and went above and beyond to insure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. Alvin (Sales Mgr) and Paul (Finance) were also great. Keep up the good work guys!

  Very seamless process and helpful staff. They even had a shuttle available for drop offs and pick ups before/after your service although this can take some time due to the limited number of people in the shuttle. Social distancing and masks were enforced which was encouraging. Keith was very helpful and efficient. All in all, very surprised with the level of service during my first visit under the maintenance plan!

  Great customer service. Erin made my appointment easy and smooth. I previously had a easy appointment with Eric and he helped me out tremendously. My shuttle back home and back to the dealer was quick. The driver Larry is a very nice guy with a awesome personality.

  A+++ professional, friendly & helpful people! Recently had my car serviced & they were awesome! They picked up & returned my car to my home! Judie (Who has helped me in the past ) kindly arrange this for me. On the day of service I was in contact w Erin. My car needed a lot of work & she was so great at explaining everything & advising me of the charges upfront. I don't know a lot about cars so it was incredibly helpful to have everything explained in lay terms. All-around excellent experience.

  Pretty good place. Clean. I was able to check in and make a reservation instead of sitting in the waiting room forever which was nice. The doctors where good and I received a good resolution to help me feel better quicker.

  David at the front Desk was phenomenal.! He was so Attentive to each patient.! He gave everyone that walked in or out A positive attitude and attention.! He worked Fast and Kept a positive upbeat Manner with each individual.! He was Very Kind. I watched him as a waited, and I was Very impressed with his work ethic.! He needs recognition. ????
