  I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who helped me today. Such a fun and friendly environment. It was a no pressure approach as he showed me the different bikes they had that fit what I was looking for. He wasn't going for the highest dollar but what I actually needed. As a novice in the bike world I felt comfortable with my choice and purchase! I was even able to test ride it! I am going to love the free tune ups for my bike on the future and know if I ever have a problem I'll be able to go to Global bikes.

  Always such friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly knowledgeable as well! Big shoutout to Ron for helping me order in some parts and taking the time to teach me a few things when I went to pick them up!

  Great local bike store. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the free maintenance for life on their bikes. The only reason for not giving a 5th star is the bike mechanics aren’t always the most knowledgeable (With exception to Garrett Who is the best) and some mechanics would rather order you a new part (7-10 days) instead of searching their current inventory or pulling from one of their other stores which would save me time. But it makes sense that their mechanics want to save time since their free maintenance for life policy has them consistently loaded with bikes to work on.

  First purchased a bike here years ago, and have used the “free service for life” many times. Naturally, when I went to upgrade, I came back because of the good service I’ve had before. I also like to support Global Bikes because they offer free clinics and meet-ups, which are super helpful and create a biking community. I demoed a stumpjumper and loved it, and my rental fee was applied toward the purchase. I was treated with priority and respect, and felt like a valued customer. Lots of bike shops want your business, but in my experience, global bikes shows it.
