  I've always HATED going to the dentist (bad childhood experience) but this guy is FANTASTIC. He's unbelievably thorough, explains the processes very plainly, puts you at ease, tells you what he's seeing and what you need to do better, etc. The office staff are all good as well, but I haven't have much interaction with them because Dr. Patterson does most of the work himself, even cleaning! I can't imagine ever changing dentists again.

  If you're looking for an empathetic, high-tech, skilled, and sanitary dentist office in the Phoenix area, this is the place to go! Amazing dentist office — Dr. Patterson and the entire office staff are exceptional! They go the extra mile and are on the cutting edge of dental technology. They are a small office and take just one patient at a time, so you get the dentist's full attention and focus (and it's more sanitary).
  
  At other dentist offices, you'd typically just get some basic bitewing x-rays, but here they do a full CT scan to holistically evaluate the health of your teeth. Dr. Patterson takes the time to sit down with you and explain everything fully — he truly cares about his patients.
  
  Perhaps best of all, they have laser technology — I got 2 cavities filled with zero numbing, zero needles, zero drilling, zero pain. The entire appointment took 30 minutes, and half of that was chatting with the dentist and checking out at the end.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Patterson's for years. He has always done a great job! I like that he is very detail-oriented and gives you all the different options, and scenarios to Maximize your dental care. He has even told me when something really isn't necessary, even though he would have profited substantially by doing the dental work. He's a straight shooter and does incredible work. I would definitely recommend him. His office is beautiful and his staff is very friendly.

  Dr. Patterson is a brilliant dentist with great compassion for his patients. With his capable and congenial team, I was well cared for from start to finish. They are all great communicators! The hygienist clearly explained about each step in my cleaning. I like that added prep..knowing what they were going to do and why calmed my dental anxiety! Dr. P has committed new technologies and great people to bring my dental CARE to the highest level. I live in N Scottsdale and this is well worth the drive! Wherever you live in the Valley, trust Dr Patterson with your teeth!
