“These guys were awesome. The staff at the front were very friendly and checked me in right away. My technician Chris walked me out to the car, inspected the damage, and gave me a realistic estimate of a completion time. Everything went smoothly. At check out Chris noted that the new windshield had a smudge on it that he wasn't satisfied with and if I wouldn't mind could I come back in a week or so to replace it for free. No problem. Came back again, put in another windshield, and again everything went perfectly. Great staff, great service, and a big shout out to Chris for being extremely customer experience focused. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“I had a great experience for my first time with Beyer. My car needed extensive suspension work. I had it reviewed at a different garage, but wanted to take it to a BMW specialist to do the work. No real surprises in the work that needed to be completed. The work was completed, I was provided a detailed receipt on exactly what was completed. I got the car back and it drives like a new car. This is my first BMW. I liked the way it drove prior, but knew something wasnt quite right on the suspension. After getting it back, it was so much quieter and smoother than before the fix. To top it off, when I needed a ride to pick up the car, the owner himself came to get me. I really enjoyed talking shop on our way back to the garage. I found Beyer to be knowledgeable, accurate and reasonably priced for the work performed. They will be my garage of choice going forward.”
