“Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my insurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later). The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.”

“My daughter was there & the care & counseling she got was so helpful! She is now a smiling, positive, healthy, young adult! Thank you so much for the care! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the food. That really needs to be improved for healthier meals. Cut out so much starch, that turns into to sugar. Give more green vegetables & salads. Stop with the processed food & give pure meats & cheese. As far as the co-pay that was charged, is worth it for the results. Make payments if you have to, just be sure your loved one is given the mental health care they need!”

“I've always wanted to eat at a great Ethiopian place around AZ and I finally found it here at Tina's! Tina, as I can tell, is warm, inviting, and compassionate about her customers. I had no idea what to order since it was my first time ever being there and she hooked me up with an amazing combination platter and a few more goodies! The entire meal was both flavorful and filling. The food was amazing but the customer service was really the best part of my experience here. Will be back again and hopefully with more people to share the experience with!”

“Stopped at this place with 8 of my friends on a Saturday for lunch. We were greeted immediately and brought to a table. Drink orders were taken and delivered timely. Food was ordered and came out at a reasonable time. The food was AMAZING! I had the Cobb Salad and it tasted fantastic! Everyone in our group raved about the food. Great place to play pool, shoot darts or hang out on their patio listening to music. We will definitely return!”

“Authentic, Caribbean goodness! Let's start with the reason I first visited... the beef patties. Buttery, flakey crust melts in your mouth as you savor the spicy but flavorful beef. I stumbled upon the rum cake while waiting for the beef patties. I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I only got one slice for these two reasons: the moment you open the container, you smell no proof Jamaican rum! This cake is there real deal. It's RICH and WRONG in the best way possible, so you need to take your time with it and try not to devour it in one sitting. The best way to describe the magical deliciousness of this cake - it tastes like it was blessed by Bob Marley himself. Quality food takes time so have a seat, listen to good music during a reasonable wait. Personable staff, decent prices, nice location, and phenomenal Caribbean food!”

Although it's good I'd recommend asking for their freshest bread because some of these stores like to keep day-old bread n that's not cool. The sandwiches will always taste best here with their freshest bread. There are a lot of sandwiches to choose from! Lots of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. There re great sauces n seasonings that you are able to put on your sandwich, buffalo sauce being my personal favorite. You can whatever you want! Try it!”

“These guys were awesome. The staff at the front were very friendly and checked me in right away. My technician Chris walked me out to the car, inspected the damage, and gave me a realistic estimate of a completion time. Everything went smoothly. At check out Chris noted that the new windshield had a smudge on it that he wasn't satisfied with and if I wouldn't mind could I come back in a week or so to replace it for free. No problem. Came back again, put in another windshield, and again everything went perfectly. Great staff, great service, and a big shout out to Chris for being extremely customer experience focused. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“I've gone to this location for years. A few months ago I had a really bad experience with an employee and swore I was never going back. Today when I decided to go give them another try, the woman at the ddrive thru was super nice, told me I would need to pull up and wait a few minutes because I got a large family meal. I ended up having to wait longer than expected but when she brought out my meal she had a free chocolate shake for me to apologize for the longer wait. The food was good the food was great. Thanks”
