“I come here frequently for the great lunch specials. The prices are decent with generous portions. The chicken lo mein is tasty. Pick-up is always hot, fresh and the order is always correct. Their online ordering system went down today, but they called me right back to confirm the order and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The staff is attentive and they handed me an ice cold bottle of water as I was on my way out with my order.”

Everyone is focused and the trainers (I had Katie) were particularly helpful. She took me through each round and helped introduce equipment and technique. Excellent. “Gave this place a try for dinner take out and it did not disappoint! Food was excellent and very generous portions. I had wonton soup and orange chicken. I asked for white meat chicken and they were able to accommodate my request. Oh and while I was waiting for my food they offered me a water bottle! The inside if the restaurant was nice as well as clean. I will be back with my family next time! Glad to have a great Chinese food restaurant close by.”

“I am finishing up the process of obtaining my CPM designation! I have been through all 3 tests and only a short meeting away! I have learned a lot from working towards my CPM designation and truly feel more prepared when it comes to taking on larger multifamily complexes. I'd say the most useful part is the class/test where you make your own mock management plan for a building. You really go in depth and step-by-step of what you will ACTUALLY be doing. I have a degree in real estate, marketing, and finance, and am a broker but this class really explained the nuts and bolts like no other class I've attended. I've also found meetings I have been attending monthly at chapter are also a great source of information because local government officials and/or market leaders come in and explain what their department does and their current attitude towards certain situations and how you can best utilize them. That's actually quite useful because you can better utilize resources you likely didn't even know were at your disposal. This has saved me big $$$$$. So in conclusion, CPM is a great designation for high level and practical knowledge and the ongoing meetings are worth attending because it teaches you how to work with and utilize your city's resources. ”

“Nice small dog park. Well lit, trash cans and bags for dog waste, and long run area in the bag for dogs. Also a couple of obstacles for agility training. A smaller area where you can close the gate for smaller dogs. There are two dog fountains there and water bowls around for the dogs.”
