She is always informed about the latest treatments for eye care and for eye glasses; all her equipment is cutting edge. I've also been bringing my mom here and the staff always goes out of their way to make sure any services are covered by her medicare and have provided me with very specific details on what features to look for when buying her eye glasses. “Dylan was not our realtor. He was the realtor selling the home we purchased. We first met at the open house and he was extremely kind, not pushy at all and was helpful in answering any questions I had. He’s gone above and beyond for us. Meeting us at the home to get measurements done for carpet/kitchen/windows before we moved in. We found out after we moved in that the water softener in our home was in fact not ours to keep and it was a rental. Dylan was not aware of this either (we both understood it was ours once we bought the home). To make it right, he got us a gift card in the amount of a new water softener! We appreciate the fact that he wanted to make this right for us and did so immediately! I would highly recommend Dylan! We don’t plan on moving any time soon but would use him in the future!”

“This was suppose to be my first treatment visit but instead after waiting 15-20 minutes to be seen I was told they needed me to get some documents from my physician. I understand the need to be safe but, why wasn’t I contacted prior to driving 28 minutes to my 8 AM appointment?? I could have acquired the necessary information prior to my appointment and not waisted anyone’s time, including mine. I don’t not appreciate the way this matter was handled or lack of handling. Okay so initially I gave this place 1 star but, I had my first session and I have to say it was extremely pleasant. It started off a little rocky, they hadn’t gotten the medical records I sent over which is annoying but we figured things out. The ladies there were patient, reassuring, and helpful which made the situation a little less annoying. The nurse that did my treatment was very honest and personable. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed in a slightly awkward and tense situation. I am beyond satisfied with my first treatment and look forward to returning for more!”
