  Customer service was really good to me. A girl name Maria was really nice, always smiling very polite and helpful. To bad she no l longer works there. Alvaro is also a very nice guy that help me out when I had questions on my new phone.This is why I give it a 5 star .
  I would not go to any other Metro store near by specially the one on Dysart and Thunderbird those girls are rude and do not know what Customer Service means. Had a bad experience in that store.
