Extra space was a mixed experience. The brand new building on Clark and Anise, Sarasota is super clean and bright. Sean was extremely helpful, especially with the lock on my unit. The locks are very complicated, but Sean spent at least 30 minutes with me to make sure i could do it. I have this 4 stars, but only because of the challenging locks - Sean would get 5 stars.

Sean was great to work with here in Sarasota. He was very knowledgable about Extra Space and the services they provide. Sean took the time to show me the facility and even let me take his picture so I could get an idea of the depth and height of my potential unit.

I called into a Sarasota location to get some information on a unit. I first spoke with an after-hours rep who took down my info and said a team member from the facility would follow up with me the next day. The next morning I got a call from Sean at the storage location to help me finish the process. Sean was so helpful answering all of my questions. He helped me reserve a unit for a future date and made sure I had all the information I needed to access the unit and start my moving process. This was surprisingly but pleasantly easy! Great experience because of Savannah! Was curious about a unit and stopped by one day, she was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and more. Person you would want to work with! I ended up getting a unit and helpful on move in day. Highly recommend Savannah.
