John Conger was the first Real Estate agent that brought viable buyers to the table. I had been trying to sale this property for 25 years. It had been on and off the market with different real estate agents. When John suggested getting an elk tag permission from fish and game department, I did and then, buyers were interested. I am happy with the buyer of this property and his interest in the elk and hunting.
