Went into this store not intending to buy, but walked out with a new queen mattress! Brian was great at being easy going and helpful with us throughout the sales process. We got a great deal! As for delivery: That was the best delivery experience I’ve had. Guys were in and out in less than 10 minutes - they do take your old mattress so you don’t have to worry about it. Will recommend MF to anyone!

Amber at the Mount Prospect store was a sweet heart. I ended up getting a Queen Serta I Series Hybrid firm mattress and upgraded for two very good pillows and upgraded to the massage base. I forgot what it was called but the base had 600 in it's model number and it comes with massage features. I got some other perks too. I spent more than I thought I was going to but, you have to look at it being an investment in the long run. Very happy on my purchase.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Spring 2022. We worked with Amber who gave us all the time we needed to test out A LOT of mattresses. Our mattress was delivered quickly without any issues.

We saw the price of the mattress drop during a holiday sale. We simply called the store (Amber) and told them there was a lower price and they took care of the rest. It took about a month to see the money but that wasn’t a big deal to us. Thanks Amber and Mattress Firm.

Ive had a total of 3 experiences at Mattress Firm. All of them were good, but none of them compared to this last experience with Ms. Amber! She was really amazing and met all my expectations as to what I wanted and what I needed for a new mattress! I really appreciate her, and I would want everyone to go to her to make sure they get what they need!
