Potential Realized Training

I walked in unsure but soon found that after years of working out it is impossible to grow on your own like you can at PRT. The workouts, community, and constant push to grow is amazing and can’t be beat. My entire family has joined - 2 club soccer players (15) in the best shape of their life and my son (17) has lost over 35 lbs and looks like he should be on a magazine cover! Love this gym.

This is the best gym! I have been a member of others, but this is not just a gym. The coaches are amazing here, and every one of the workouts is laid out, modifiable, and made to be challenging for literally any fitness level. The people here are encouraging, motivating and often times just plain funny! I never thought I would find something I look forward to so much as going to this place! Super happy to have found it!!

Like minded community with one goal to build each other up and get stronger and fit!!! Great place to start your fitness journey at any age, fitness level and strength. PRT is an amazing place to workout, meet new friends and be part of a community who supports and encourages each other everyday! The workouts push you beyond what you thought you could do and before you realize it, you’re better, faster and stronger! Neal and Jamie do an amazing job of welcoming everyone of all fitness levels. If you have broken parts, you can modify, if you need help, they will help you. Whether you go to 430 am or 7 pm, there is always a high five and whole lot of awesomeness!!

I have been motivated, humbled, and pushed to my limits. This gym is unique as it can be catered to your abilities. Some days you just come to be part of the awesome and smile and move. I have now been with PRT for almost 4 years to the date and absolutely love it as much as the first day I walked through that door.
