  I found out about this wig shop through the nurse that was treating me through my chemo therapy and mentioned that she had a separate patient go to this store to find a wig that seemingly fit her so well. I decided to give it a shot since my hair was such an integral part of who I was and was nervous to initially step in. Although, suddenly I had this young lady approach me when entering the store and she had such a warm greeting to give me, it felt as if we've known each other for years and we were friends rekindling from high school. The customer service at this establishment was way past my expectations. Kim was the name of the lady that both greeted me and helped me and the second she placed me in front of the vanity and after explaining and showing what my hair used to look like and what I wanted my wig to look like she immediately found a style that described what I wanted and the color that matched my complexion. The second she placed that wig on me and styled it and I turned around to see myself in the mirror I almost broke into tears. She gave me a feeling that came similar to me winning a million dollars. I was so ecstatic that I even hugged Kim after decided that the wig she picked for me was the one I wanted. I highly recommend if you ever come to this store to speak with Kim cause she will know what you're looking for. Plus, if all this wasn't enough for you, the prices of the wigs are incredibly reasonable. WOW!!! Thank you Susie's Wigs and thank you Kim, I am sure to return.

  A couple weeks back my aunt and I went searching for a wig to gift a family member with alopecia, knowing she'd be delighted. The selection was enormous and a kind woman was very helpful as she led us through the different styles and gave us a very thorough rundown of all they offered. The wigs were gorgeous and we felt this place truly listened to what we were looking for in a perfect wig. We eventually took our family member to the shop to pick one out, and the experience was heartwarming. Seeing herself in a full head of hair brought back the confidence that she was missing for years. The same woman who helped us before took the time to help her try on different wigs and styled them beautifully to frame the face, all while we shared our past experiences with wig shopping and exclaiming in relief that we found a perfect place! No need to find another shop. Such kind people with kind hearts! Thank you, Kim and Susie's Wigs! We are so happy that she's feeling like herself again!

  I just had my 1st chemo treatment and needed a wig that looked like my style. The young lady helped me pick one in the first 10 minutes! It was perfect!! I get so many compliments, people think I just colored my hair. I'll be back for another one!!

  Went into Susie’s looking for a wig for the first time. First impression was great. The store has a large selection, very nice interior, and friendly informative staff. I thought I needed a wig but apparently I have too much hair for one right now...something that was nice to hear. I ended up purchasing a topper which was suggested by a Susie employee. I feel really great in it because it covers in just the right place where my hair was thinning. It also gives me some extra volume and the most important part is that it looks natural. Eventually I’ll purchase a full wig but I’m very satisfied with this option as I’m able to incorporate my existing hair for now. I really appreciate the honesty of the staff and will be returning very soon.
