He was so patient, kind, and made helpful suggestions. They put it together for me, and I came back the next day and Coury loaded it for me in my car. Melissa was fantastic too, very helpful. A year ago I purchased a chair from one of Staples competitors and it was the worst experience. The team at Staples went above and beyond. They have EXCELLENT customer service.
