  I have seen both Dr. Chu and Dr. Bradley Wolfe for different reasons (not pregnancy so cannot speak to care for any of those services). My appointments may run a little late 10-15 minutes to be seen by the actual doctor and they can feel rushed. I'm not someone who has many questions for a doctor but if you like to have a doctor who can take their time with you, this may not be a good fit. I recently came for a women's wellness exam and although reminding the doctor of some issues that I previously saw her for related to bleeding, my exam was so quick to the point it was rough and caused bleeding. While I know that's not unusual, given my health history I wish I'd spoken up to take more care/time to minimize discomfort or causing bleeding.
  
  Otherwise it's easy to schedule appointments if you use the patient portal, facilities are modern and clean, and I have not had any other issues so far.

  Big, big fan of New Horizons. I mainly saw Dr. Bradley-Wolfe. I moved to AZ in the middle of my pregnancy, and started seeing Dr. Bradley at 27 weeks. She made the transition so smooth, even in the midst of insurance changes (which she was so flexible about). She is incredibly kind, and extremely thorough. She patiently listens intently to my concerns. She is super tuned in and I feel so heard! She does not brush over anything, (and this sounds a little strange) but I appreciate how seriously she takes everything, i.e. My past pregnancy, my current symptoms; vitals. She does not leave a stone unturned and if any symptom is out of the ordinary she explores every possible reason as to what's going on. Even when the practice is busy I never feel she rushes and truly takes her time.
  
  New Horizons as a clinic is fantastic. I find them to be prompt, kind, positive, and very thorough. I have also seen Dr. Chu, Dr. Tufano, and Dr. Villa at the Chandler location. Their quality and CONSISTENCY of care is top notch, and everyone's bedside demeanor is awesome. I have always had very positive interactions with both the nurses and front office staff as well.
  
  Here is my largest pro and one (sort of) con:
  
  Con- if you are hoping to find a doctor who will be with you from first appointment to delivery, this is not what you will find (which I'm not sure even exists in the area). While it is possible, whoever is on call at the hospital representing New Horizons will be your person to deliver. I personally still liked keeping the same doctor for each visit so she could monitor any symptoms that were slowly changing. Not a huge con, but I think knowing this ahead of time is helpful! I think some people remedy this by seeing a variety of doctors so they have a larger chance of seeing one familiar at the hospital for delivery.
  
  Largest Pro- Leaving no stone unturned. Their monitoring of my blood pressure due to my severe preeclampsia with my first pregnancy was exceptional, and what I was looking for. Because of the doctors who monitored me and kept a very, very close eye on my symptoms, the moment my pressure and protein levels crept up they caught it and I had a second healthy delivery with far less complications with preeclampsia than I did my first.
  
  I look forward to continuing my care and future pregnancies with New Horizons!
