(July 16, 2021, 4:06 pm)Jay….let me just say …she was there for me. I had been having a really rough day and honestly .. a rough year. But she was there for me at the drive through window. I cried in front of her and she showed me so much love and support. I just broke down because I felt so listened to. This has nothing to do with the coffee (which was great btw), but the baristas that day (Saturday July 3rd 2021) were so loving and even wrote on my cup that they hope I make it through this hardship. I will never forget Jay for being there to hold my hand and tell me it is going to be okay. Thank you Jay. From the bottom of my heart. I hope you read this
