  I had surgery here last month, and it was the first time that I've had surgery. I was incredibly anxious about undergoing general anesthesia, especially after a very nasty experience with IV sedation for wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone on my care team from Luisa at check in, Damien and Robyn for my pre-op team, and most particularly my anesthesiologist Dr. Strock went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured. They explained everything they were doing and why. Dr. Strock had one of the best bedside manners I have ever encountered and knew exactly how to calm my nerves, and he even spent a good amount of time just talking with me as a person rather than just the next case to get through. My surgery itself was done with no complications by Dr. Marini (with Arizona Advanced Surgery), who made sure to answer any last questions, see how I was doing before it all got started, and he spoke with my husband once I was out in recovery. Thanks to the cocktail of medicines, my memories of my OR nurse Lindsey and my post-op nurses Jo and Denise are...hazy...but I do recall feeling comfortable and that they were just as warm and assuring as the rest of the team. In summary: if I ever need to have surgery again, I absolutely would return here.

  My podiatrist uses this facility for surgery. The staff couldn’t have been kinder. Made me feel very comfortable when I needed to be there for my foot surgery.

  Hello! I have no complaints/nothing to complain about. It was my first surgery of this type. I was nervous/anxious/stressed before coming to this place, and before the surgery, but in the future if I ever have to do something like this again (a surgery of this type again), I will not be nervous, anxious, or stressed. I will be relaxed, because there is nothing to worry about.
  
  The people who helped me through the process were all great. They helped me be calm and relaxed. Everything flowed smoothly and easily with all of their help. My procedure in particular was quick (the procedure itself was quick) but because I was under (general anesthesia) I didn't notice time passing. The last thing I remember was an oxygen mask being placed over my nose and mouth as I breathed in and out... around the same time that the general anesthesia was administered intravenously (IV). Then I remember (next) being wheeled around in my bed as I came to, wondering when the procedure/operation/surgery was going to happen (or something), only to realize (I was told) that it had already happened.
  
  Thank you to everyone who helped me today. Thanks for the juice pouches and the crackers, as well!
  
  I would love to come back if needed one day... I typically have good experiences in medical settings and I am grateful for that!
  
  Lastly, I want to thank everyone again because they made me feel/believe that they cared about me, which made me able to be calm and relaxed. I felt and believed that they cared about me, which made it easy for me to trust/put my faith in the team members. Trusting them and putting my faith in the team members made everything easier for me because I was in the right place, mentally/I was in a good place, psychologically. I was able to surrender control because of my trust and I was able to comply with all of the instructions/directions so we could all work together to make the process/procedure go smoothly and without complications. I am grateful; thank you!

  Recently went in for a procedure. All of the staff and nurses were excellent in explaining steps and helping me through. This was my first surgery, ever, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. To name a few, nurses: Denise, Erik and Robyn. My surgeon was Dr. Sumeet Kadakia and the anesthesiologist was Dr. Dao.. Again, all so nice and kind. I couldn't imagine a better team.
