Dr. Chow explained everything that needed to be done without talking down to me. He was attentive to my concerns and questions. Durring the procedure he was kind and let me take breaks if my jaw was tired and was patient with me when the xray plates made me gag. The whole procedure was way more pleasant than I expected and part of that was his calm demeanor. Afterward he sat with me a long time to explain what was done and after care. I never felt rushed out of the chair as I have at some other doctor offices. He even answered a question I sent via email on a weekend! The receptionist of the office is also very welcoming and kind. Great location too!

Dr. Chow and his staff are Amazing. I needed some extensive work done and he took great care of me. He even checked in on me the following day. I’m so glad I found him and I’m making him my my go guy every time.

The entire office makes a super unpleasant dental procedure like an implant less unpleasant. They are patient and willing to explain things multiple times and are transparent with costs and treatment plans. During the.procedures Dr. Chow makes sure you are as comfortable as possible, he allowed me to take breaks and communicated with me throughout. Hopefullyn you never need to worry about getting an implant but if you do I would definitely recommend.

I had some molars removed and prep work done for implants, including bone grafts. Dr. Chow was very professional and great at explaining every step of the process to me. The staff was very kind, accommodating and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I wish I could have had my implants done with him as well, but due to pregnancy and a move I was unable to.

Dr Chow is Great! After having a bad experience at a different periodontist office (rude staff) I searched for a Periodontist in Gilbert with good reviews, and I found Dr Chow. I’m so glad I got my gum graft done here. Dr Chow is very good at what he does! My gum graft looks awesome/natural, and the process was so seamless and easy. He called to check on how I was doing, he altered my Invisalign trays so my graft would fit (he certainly didn’t have too), and he answered every question I had. If you’re looking for an excellent Periodontist, I would set up a consultation with Dr Chow. You won’t regret it.
