  Great first experience! I was treated well by front office staff walking in the door.Tiffany is a wonderful hygienist and explained everything every step of the way. Dr. Masters was caring, and I felt that I was well taken care of.

  Tiffany is the greatest she is always so pleasant to be around! I recommend greenfield family dentistry as a great all around experience especially if you are new to the valley they are exceptional! You will not be disappointed!

  I have had some prior bad experiences at dental offices as my teeth aren’t the best. Crooked, cavities, gum line not the best, etc.
  
  My husband scheduled an appointment with Greenfield Family Dentistry and Dr. Masters and his team. I was petrified to go in expecting the same treatment I had received from other places.
  
  I was welcomed into the office and it was a pleasant start. Megan came and gave us a tour of the office, explaining what the rooms were, the procedures, and what we would expect. Once in the room, her friendliness, professionalism, and customer service Was reassuring that the visit would be great.
  
  Once Dr. Masters came in, the great experience continued. He was not criticizing but more about “here are some options to help and asked what we thought or how we wanted to do it. Very open from the beginning.
  
  Needless to say, I have been to a follow up for a cleaning and sorry that I can’t remember her name, but again the care that they gave, the assurance and caring manner they have was outstanding.
  
  I have a referral from them to go see an maxillofacial surgeon but also scheduled to go back for Dr. Masters and his caring, wonderful, dedicated, and professional staff to assist with the rest of the care.
  
  I definitely would not have anticipated on a second visit due to prior experiences from other dental offices, but thanks to the wonderful care and understanding they gave me, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else.
