  Giovanni's recovered a sofa, chair, and ottoman for me and did a first rate job. They turned out beautifully and I would most certainly recommend Giovanni's to others. Nice workmanship and extremely nice people to deal with!

  We were referred to Giovanni by a salesperson at H&R Fabrics in Phoenix as someone who recovers furniture in our area. I sent Giovanni pictures of what I wanted accomplished & he was able to give me a price thru email within a day of me sending the email. I wanted to recover 2 sofas, 2 wingback chairs & 8 dining chairs - all were in fairly good shape, but VERY outdated. We went to his location & picked out fabric- so many fabrics to choose from! He quoted me approximately 2-3 weeks to finish all of them. Exactly 2 weeks from the date of pickup (he picks up & delivers), I received my absolutely beautiful pieces. He redid all the seats of all the pieces with new foam. He also redid the back & seat (making 3 cushions instead of 1) & removed an outdated skirt of one of the sofas. My furniture looks so beautiful, I can't even believe it is the same 'ugly' stuff I had in my home 2 weeks ago! He does amazing quality work. He is a small family business that I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Giovanni! My living room now looks gorgeous!

  I would highly recommend them! They did an excellent job on our two wing back chairs. I had a special request that they only work on one chair at a time so that I could keep one at home for my bad back. I was very concerned about not having the chairs for 2-3 weeks, as they are the only chairs that are comfortable for me. Giovanni said that it would be best to do them at the same time and made an agreement with me that he would have them done in 3 days instead of 2-3 weeks. He kept is word. They were back to me in 3 days and looked absolutely amazing! My husband and I are very impressed by the incredibly fast service and the quality of work we received. Plus, the chairs not only look great but feel good on my back too????.

  The father and son are very helpful and knowledgable. They helped us pick the correct fabric for our recliner out of there huge selection of fabric samples.The work is being done now, I'll post pictures when it's completed.

  Fantastic workmanship and results only exceeded by amazing customer service. In these days it is hard to find a company which produces a superior product and or service. Giovanni's Quality Upholstery provides both.
  
  I had an unusual request - we love the color of the leather on our furniture but the seat cushions and back cushions were getting worn - as was the webbing inside which holds up the seat cushions. Though made of real leather the furniture was not necessarily high quality. For example, the seat cushions are sewn to the base of the frame. They don't lift off. This meant complete disassembly of the cushions, thread by thread in order to effect the repairs. We wanted to retain the original leather but wanted all the internal cushions, padding and webbing replaced. Not a simple matter. Giovanni and his team estimated three weeks to complete the work on our sofa, loveseat and large chair. They completed it in two weeks.
  
  The quality of the work is fantastic. I am a stickler for details, and no matter how closely I look I can't see any evidence of where they removed stitching and resewed all the seams. And the cushions are flat, firm, and comfortable. They even cleaned and conditioned the leather before returning the three pieces.
  
  My final comments regards doing business with a family business, which is what Giovanni's is. When the family works together this means everyone is committed to a positive customer experience and excellent workmanship and product. I am so pleased with my furniture I have engaged Giovanni to repair a second couch for me. A classic 1964 Mid-Century Modern fabric piece that my niece's puppy thought was something to chew on. The repair is not an easy one, but I have complete trust Giovanni's will make it right again. I am also having them make new cushions for our outdoor chaise lounges.
