Dr. Thomas J. Ketterer, MD

Always a pleasure to eat here. My wife may or may not be addicted to the chicken bowls. Our 1 year old daughter absolutely loves the rice and beans and makes a giant mess while eating them. My personal favorite is a Homewrecker. The fact that guacamole is not an extra charge on burritos anymore is great. The place is usually pretty clean when we go, but it's never been incredibly dirty or clean. I would totally recommend this Moe's location.

Their food is always incredible. Each bite is unequivocally like freefalling into a sublime world of pure deliciousness. For awhile there, I was going to Chipotle more often, but Moe's has scooped that weekly American southwest grill spot BACK with ferocious tenacity!

Friendly service with the freshest ingredients and one of the only places to get actual fresh jalapenos on your feed. Their hottest sauce lives up to the name if only just. You can get through the meal without need a break, but you'll feel it.

Great Moe's location as all Moe's are not the same. Quality and service are always top notch here. All ingredients seem and look fresh and its always prepared and presented quite well. Staff always profesional, friendly and good at what they do. Overall great experience everything I go here, also quite popular with the locals, another tell tell of a top notch place. A++ one of my favorites.

Dr. Ketterer has been my doctor for many years and I highly recommend him.
Also, his audiologist Eric is very professional and gives me super service.

I need ear cleaning every 6 to 12 months because of my type of ear wax. I have tried all different methods in many different places. Dr. Ketterer's approach is by far the best, quick, easy and very effective. He uses some sort of vacuum and he carefully and completely removes the wax without having to soak the wax before hand and without having to deal with flushing like with other methods.

People never seem to post reviews when they are happy, only when they are dissatisfied so I thought I'd take a minute to say that I find Dr. Ketterer to be very professional and competent. I've been very satisfied with is treatment and have recommended him to others who were also satisfied. I saw him for mastoiditis (sp?) and persistent issues with fluid in my ears. I did not see him for hearing loss issues, so I can't speak to that. Some of the treatment was uncomfortable, but I truly don't think that could be avoided. Sometimes the dentist hurts, too, right? I find him pleasant, but he's not trying to be my best friend, he's a doctor! I did not give him five stars and that is primarily due to the office staff and procedures. The receptionist is, well, very blunt. I don't think she means to be rude, but she can come off that way. I had to wait over 1.5 hours on my last visit. That used to be quite a common occurrence at dr offices 20 years ago, but with medical office management software, that should not be the case. They did not communicate the true length of the wait to me or other patients, many of whom were elderly and quite anxious. They just kept saying that it would be "15 more minutes". Other than this, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ketterer.
