Grainger William D MD

Dr Grainger is highly experienced and knowledgeable about MS. I appreciate that about him. He is very short and to the point I have had MS for 24 years I'm okay with that at times. If you are looking for somebody with better caring and bedside manner not the place to go. The office staff is questionable I have called crying my eyes out in pain unable to walk and basically told there is absolutely nothing that could be done in that I have to wait two or three weeks to get an appointment. Hard to find and neurologist with experience in MS so I have to go with the right mindset.

Update i am going to add to this review obviously I wrote this at a time I was in need of assistance and unfortunately I didn't get any. I truly appreciate Dr Granger and all the work he does he is an amazing neurologist I rely on him solely for my MS treatment I would never go to anybody else it's just one time of need obviously I rated him very low. Overall he is my only doctor and obviously the most important healthcare professional in my life.

We are more than pleased with our experience with Dr. Grainger. He is an expert in his field and has a no-nonsense approach with patient regarding diagnosis and treatment. He is very pleasant and engaging. He is highly regarded in his field and by the medical community. The time in the waiting room has always been short, and he greets you himself. We did a lot of research on Dr. Grainger before making the initial appointment, and we couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of his patient care. The staff has been efficient, responsive and pleasant. The atmosphere of the office is much different than some of the reviews reflect.
