Greenfield Assisted Living in Gilbert provides caring and conscientious service to the residents. The staff and medical team are great, the cook provides nutritious and appealing meals and guests are well cared for. We are very pleased with the care our loved one is receiving here.

Our family made the decision to move our mother/grandmother to assisted living after it was no longer possible to continue caring for her at home. We found Greenfield Assisted Living and were very pleased with the compassionate care that she received there. The staff was wonderful and made sure that all of her needs were met. As her health continued to decline they worked closely with hospice to ensure that she was comfortable and helped to coordinate additional services that were needed at that point.

The communication that we received from Greenfield Assisted Living was excellent. We received regular and timely updates and quick responses to any questions. This helped to reinforce that we had made the right decision in choosing Greenfield Assisted Living. We’re very grateful to the management and staff for the care they provided for our loved one.

My wife developed a terminal brain disease at a relatively young (55) and got to the point where I was no longer able to care for her at home. This was the first time that I had ever thought of assisted living.

My daughter found a place and in the first month Diana was almost unrecognizable. When she went in she couldn't speach and was confined to a wheelchair. By the end of the second month she was near death.

So my daughter found Greenfield Assisted Living. We met with Dr Jen and Mae and they did a preliminary exam of Diana and agreed that they could help her.

At that time Diana was having severe bouts of Sundowners. She would scream and cry. She was a hard patient for them. But after a week or so Dr Jen had her medications under control. I don;t think that Di was ever easy to handle but the staff at Greenfield never gave up. I visited her almost every day before Covid hit then was forced to look at her through a window.

This was my wife and I very conserned about her care. She was always clean; her hair was always combed and ususally braided. Her teeth were kept clean. I made mental notes of all of this.

Greenfield not only brought her back from the edge of death they kept her alive and took care of her for nearly 10 months.

I will always be greatful for the care that they gave my wife and would recommend Greenfield Assisted Living to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation where they have to bring in professional help to make the life of their loved ones easier.

We moved my mom to Greenfield Assisted Living after she spent two months at a larger assisted living facility. Over those two months, we saw a drastic decline in my mom's health and well being. My mom required the highest level of care, due to to neurological disease. Dr. Jan, Mae, and the entire staff worked hand in hand to ensure my mom was fed, bathed, and as comfortable as possible during her remaining time with us. They coordinated medication and any medical needs with the hospice nurse and doctor.

Despite Covid, the staff at Greenfield made every effort possible to keep us in touch with mom and while visitation was not in a manner in which we would have preferred, we were able to say hello through a window. We truly believe had we not of moved mom to Greenfield Assisted Living that we would have lost her much earlier than we did.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for caring for mom during her final time with us. We appreciate you!
