I have to say working with Eating for Life has been an AWESOME experience thus far. I'm working really hard to regain control and Haley reassures me that my goals are obtainable with out depriving myself. Since I started working with her via Skype last month I have already lost 4lbs. and feel more in control of my eating and thoughts of failure. I walk away from my sessions feeling empowered and good about myself.
