I have worked with several realtors in AZ and I cannot express how good Shivani is at her job. Absolute rockstar in the industry. I have already referred 4 of my friends/clients to her and all have had the exact same experience! BEST DECISION a buyer/seller can make is to hire her as your Realtor.
Shivani made the entire process as easy as could be. She walked us through each step of the way. Shivani worked hard to find us our dream home. She was able to turn negative bumps into positive outcomes with ease. She even got us in contact and managed crews to work on our floors and upgrades. This was a smooth and comfortable transition. I would recommend Shivani and her team for any housing needs that you might have.
I have been so impressed with Shivani and her team that they are my chosen real estate agency for both the sale of my present home and the purchase of my new home. I have worked with both Shivani and one of her agents (Mary Markou), and I must say I've been very impressed. Even before Shivani had a signed commitment from me to be my for sale realtor she was engaged with me for identification and coordination of contractors to get my home ready for sale and each of her recommended venders did a great job at very reasonable cost. I was speaking with the agent from Shivani's team who sold me my future home, and stated I was nervous about the wood look tile I chose for the new floors because I did not have a 2nd opinion, without even thinking she said "...you should have called I would have gone with you, for a 2nd opinion...". That by itself and many examples of customer service from them to me clearly speaks to the service quality they exemplify. A great, knowledgeable and professional team. Here is an update to my previous review which was written after
Shivani 's firm sold me my new home. This review is based on the salel of my old home which closes tomorrow.
Shivani Dallas is a professional in business. Yes – we all know she is a realtor-Associate Broker with more than a few awards to her credit, but I am writing this with an eye beyond real-estate. You see I am a retired business person who for the last thirty years having worked for mostly fortune 500 companies knows there is more to Shivani than strong real-estate knowledge in and of itself.
Shivani brings her personality, sense of fairness, core personal values, long developed contacts, zest for the real estate business, and always wanting to do right by her customers every time she thinks, negotiates, reviews, supplies opinions, and closes a deal.
I have rarely in my 30 years of business met someone as well rounded and head and shoulders above her colleagues as Shivani is in her business. She is a diamond in a field of cubic zirconias.
Obviously Shivani and I did some business together, and I feel I need to communicate the overall feeling of trust, professionalism, and outstanding job performance she brought to my table. If anyone reading this review is in need of a realtor; I can without hesitation state that Shivani will get the job done for you in the best possible manner.
Finally, after the glowing review above I can summarize in the following analogy: Shivani walks on water and after she is done with her water walk her pants legs aren’t even wet. She accomplishes all of this without any note of stress in her demeanor or actions. Need an outstanding realtor – let Shivani show you the way.

We have had the pleasure of working with Shivani Dallas on both sides of our real estate transaction and would highly recommend you do the same. Shivani had our home photographed beautifully, having given key recommendations on staging and the overall sales process.
We never felt we were in the dark when there were discussions with other agents, and finally through the sales process of our home. Shivani is a task master - she ensures all the people attached to the sale of your home are on pointe and responsive. That proved extremely beneficial with our sale, and I cringe to think of the alternative.
We chose to work with Shivani on our home purchase as well, after becoming keenly aware of her insights and ability to ask the right questions in helping us determine our priority factors of our new home. She was effective and caring with helping us select neighborhoods, sharing the benefits and drawbacks and always made us feel like we were her only client.
To say we were given the white glove treatment is an understatement. We have successfully closed this chapter with nothing other than the absolute greatest experience with an agent we could ever hope for. She will be missed but we look forward to working with her again in the future.
We have worked with Shivani on multiple transactions and would not consider working with anyone else. Her expertise and professionalism are superb. She listens to her clients and offers her knowledge on every aspect of the transaction. We would (and have) recommended Shivani to our friends and to anyone else who reads realtor reviews and wants the absolute best. There are realtors who will lie and tell you what they think you want to hear (and we know from our own experience from realtors that have represented the clients that were on the other side of our transactions).
