I have seen a few different doctors over the past 15 years in the Gilbert and Mesa area. Dr. Denise Sackett has an excellent chair side manner. She pays attention and documents all the questions and answers I present her with. She is very good at getting patients seen on time and sending out reminders in advance. I don't think the general public realizes how difficult it is to get a medical office running smoothly behind the scenes. They have worked out some quirks when NP's or PA's change, but I get good attentive care and my concerns are always addressed so I plan to keep coming as long as this is how it works for me.
I have been to many drs, general and specialist and I've only had great experiences here. I usually hey taken back within a few minutes. I have to take my toddler with me and everyone is always accommodating. I've seen DR. Sackett and her PA and they were helpful and I didnt feel rushed. I was able to get appointment at my desired time which is important to me. Phone calls are returned quickly and prescriptions were refilled with no problem. I've even referred other people because I was honestly happy with a dr appointment.
Very nice and I'd wait here than going to an urgen care... Very friendly staff.
