Nikki was an excellent representative. Service was excellent and her personality was exemplary. Just getting the phone and am happy with the features that were sampled in the store.

Lawrence was absolutely amazing! My daughter and I came in for new phones. It was way past closing time and Lawrence just continued to work with us. Not seeming to care it was past his time to leave. Lawrence is top notch! Customer service was second to none! If you're in the area for a new phone or have any issues with your current phone, come see Lawrence! He's pretty funny too! Total bonus!

Char was wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. She took the time to break everything down about the plans and Ultimately helped me save a chunk of cash. She also helped me get out of my comfort zone and try something new. I'm now the proud owner of a Pixel7. Don't worry Samsung I still have my watch. 😄

We had a bad customer service experience here related to an individual employee, but the manager reached out afterwards and made things right.
