  Dr. Lapusan and the staff at East Valley Asthma and Allergy are A+. They are "THE BEST" it gets. Dr Lapusan saved my life, literally.
  She is kind, compassionate, caring, intelligent, knowledgeable, up-to-date and open minded. She treats not only your body but your mind and spirit. She is totally "present" with each of her patients.
  I am totally grateful to have her as my Doctor.

  UPDATE: The Doctor called and waived it all off. It took some time and multiple few thousand dollars bills but at the end they made it right.
  
  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I would give it less than a star if I can, extremely unethical medical office that just cares about collecting money. I took my son to treat his allergies. First they said they verified our insurance, and after the initial visit and after the doctor recommended he takes allergy shots, they said that they are not contracted with our insurance (They had our insurance information before we see the doctor). Till now it's no problem, we went ahead and found another office that would take our insurance.
  Couple of months later, I receive a bill for $3,209 for the allergy shots that my son NEVER took. They claim that since the doctor recommended it and since (as always) they have a signed paper among our registration papers, they went ahead and made the serum and even though we never took the shots they want us to pay the full amount.
  This is usually the amount they bill insurance companies anyway, and end up getting 30% or so, but now they expect us to pay the whole amount. All they say when I call them, is that it was my problem since I signed the financial responsibility form. They deny that it was their mistake to verify our insurance first.
