After moving from out of state, retirement and loss of spouse, Greg made the process of getting coverage very easy. Prompt to return calls and very knowledgeable and accommodating to work with. Now to navigate Medicare, thank you Greg Mace. -

He took the time to come out and meet with me, go over all of my needs and suggested some great cost saving changes for us. I have recommended them to everyone I know for sure!!

(October 12, 2018, 5:30 pm)I don't have a problem with this place in particular, more of just their recruiting methods for attempting to attract new employees.
I've received e-mails from at least four different agents from this location at this point, despite my e-mails back telling them that I don't even live in Arizona.
Keep offering people great insurance, but fix your recruiting methods.
No one wants to be spammed with your generic e-mails that look the exact same from one person to another in their inbox every week.
I've deleted my resume from all online sources, so hopefully that'll help, but just a bit of feedback that your current system does not work, and it just feels impersonal and spammy. You could benefit from having lists that allow you to mark people as uninterested, and if you could see who else has reached out to them.
I don't think this is an issue that can be fixed at the individualized level, but hopefully someone will send this feedback to your higher ups.

(January 21, 2016, 1:51 pm)Scott is my agent at this office. He is one of the best in the Farm Bureau. It's very easy to tell that Scott loves his job and is very good at it. I've had Scott write an auto insurance policy for my Tahoe as well as my health insurance policy. He was very easy to arrange a time to meet up, he was very thorough and took his time explaining everything. It's very apparent that he had our best interests in mind as he explained different options and made recommendations to my wife and I.
