  Glisten Girls Fitness' founder, Famisha, will say it often, that she will change your life and touch your soul. I've been a client of hers for over 4 years. That should say something! She does change your life, that's what keeps me coming back week after week. And she does touch your soul, she is now a great friend of mine! My results are great, body fat and muscle mass better than ever. She has the knowledge and training to address any doctor ordered limitations. Plus she has the knowledge and training to provide physical therapy. I love that she writes programs specific to each client, tailored to our individual goals. I will be running my first 1/2 marathon this weekend!

  Glisten Girls Bootcamp is fabulous! Famisha has the best energy and is very welcoming. She provides big bang for your buck, the work outs rock and leave you feeling accomplished. She has helped me reach my fitness goals in the past 2 years of attending and is a constant motivator to push forward and achieve more.

  Glisten Girls Fitness is AMAZING!! When I met Famisha I knew I liked her energy and I was instantly interested in hiring her to train me. What I didn't know was how much she would change my life, for the better!
  Famisha is so unbelievably passionate about what she does that I think it's impossible NOT to have results when training with her. She puts 100% into her clients and sees to it that if they want results, RESULTS is what they will get! She works step by step with you to work towards your goals because she truly wants to see you succeed just as much as you want yourself to succeed. She a fantastic trainer and I would recommend her to anyone that is serious about changing their lives for the better.

  I've been training with Famisha for over 4 years because she's the only trainer I've worked with that's gotten me RESULTS! She gets me to do things I never thought I could do, like knock out 90 push ups in a row or survive, even enjoy, her fitness boot camps. She motivates me using strength and laughter - I literally smile throughout my workouts. She's helped me get from a size 12 to a size 2 and stay there. She's worked with me through injuries and helped me get back to health. If you are ready to commit yourself to reaching your fitness goals, Famisha is the right trainer for you. I'll be with her for life!

  Glisten Girls Fitness is phenomenal, specifically Famisha the driving force behind it. It’s difficult for me to articulate the positive impact the Saturday morning boot camp sessions have on the rest of my week.
  
  Famisha is a dynamo! In the many physical fitness classes that I have attended I have never been so inspired. Her positive energy and exuberance motivate me to get the most out of my work out. I have never seen anything like it and I highly recommend it!
