My family moved to Arizona in late 2009 and searching for a new agent is never fun especially since we really loved our previous State Farm agent back home. I looked up local agents and she was close by.....I called and Vandy took an appt. to meet me at that time so I could see first hand what type of agent she would be. I even scheduled a time "30 min. after hours" to see if she would still see me and she did - just by that alone and her amazing personality and kindness I knew she was the one. If an agent really cares about you and not just numbers, that is what they would do and she did it. I've never regretted my decision since - she has delivered on service and quality since then. Her office staff is AWESOME! Dee has always helped me and she is probably the nicest person I've ever worked with in any industry, so to have her in the insurance industry is a HUGE plus! Take my word, use Vandy and her team if you are just "looking" for someone or need to change due to bad experiences now or in the past, she's the best.

Words can't describe​ how awesome of a State Farm agent Vandy Ford and her team are! I was previously with Geico and hated I never had a main point of contact. Ever since I met Vandy she takes care of all of my needs from auto, home, life and banking. Yes State Farm has checking and savings accounts for the FREE. Vandy's customer service is beyond high class. She doesn't​ treat me as a customer she treats me as a friend or a member of the family. Dee is awesome as well, always smiling and helpful. Janelle at the front desk is awesome as well.
