  I have been in the Real Estate business 17 plus years. I remember way back when I opened my first escrow with Jill Steffa. I was so nervous had not a clue what to do.... Her team is always friendly and very helpful. While working with Jill you will find that she does not stick to an 8-5 schedule Monday thru Friday she is on 7 days a week pretty much any time of the day processing and returning emails. Big bonus is that there is always someone that answers the phone. Other company's have an automated machine and very seldom get to talk to the escrow officer.

  Jill Steffa and the entire Empire West staff do an amazing job. As a real estate agent I value an escrow officer and title company who are proactive and provide the ultimate in customer service. Jill is one of the best in the industry. From the first moment escrow is opened, she anticipates what is required for a smooth transaction all the way to closing. Jill is always willing to help and never makes you feel as if you are bothering her. I highly recommend Jill and her team for all your escrow needs.
