  So, earlier this year I reached out to Shawn via email to see about selling my house. He responded back later that day with an email that really showed that not only did he want my business, but he cared. He took the time to review the pics of my house from 2020 when I tried and failed to sell thanks to Covid. He then tailored the email he sent me by taking notice of my love of sports! I thought that was really cool of him. I asked him some questions, he gave upfront, honest answers and I decided to hire him. He went to work right away and was always in communication with me, bouncing ideas off me and letting me know he was going to do everything to ensure I not only sold my home for top dollar, but found the forever home I was looking for.
  
  Long story short, because the market is so nuts and I had a small child, I was worried about being able to find a house after selling mine. As a result, I ended up stumbling upon a program that allowed me to buy first with someone else's cash, then sell my home and move. The caveat, though, was I had to use a realtor that was assigned to me by said company. While the program worked out great for me, I unfortunately had to come clean with Shawn and let him know I had to do what was best for my family (my wife and I were seriously sad about it). Not surprising, he was COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDING and even offered to take a look at the deal I was being offered to make sure it was on the up and up! After he assured me it was a great deal, I thanked him for his time and effort and we went our separate ways.
  
  To further prove what a great guy and realtor Shawn is, let's fast-forward a few months. I am in my new house and selling my old one. I check my email and I see I have one from Shawn. He saw my house was for sale and was just following up with me to see how everything went. I was blown away! What other realtor would do that? I have nothing but good things to say about Shawn and had circumstances been different, I totally would have made him my realtor. He is a stand-up guy and I would recommend anyone who is looking for an honest, caring hard-working realtor to not hesitate to hire Shawn Camacho! Besides being an awesome person, his amazingly low fee to sell can't be beat!

  Normally people write reviews when they have done business with someone, in this case I have worked with Shawn and we ended up not doing business because of some loose ends on my end however I feel like it is important to write this review because of the level of service I received. Shawn and his team understand that even if we do not do business right away they continue to treat you like you are their best customer. They understand that sometimes it might not be the perfect time to do business but when it is I can honestly say that they will be the only people I contact. The level of professionalism and caring they gave our family is second to none and I appreciate them very much for that. So if you are on the fence and looking for a world class pro at what they do and more importantly an even better human. You are in the right place because you have found your realtor for life. Thanks Shawn for everything and looking forward to contacting you very soon!!!
