They delivered exactly as promised from the quote, to the installation date estimate, to the installers being on time, and did a great job! The shutters took our house from beautiful to stunning! (August 24, 2020, 7:41 pm)I love my white wooden shutters. They blend in perfectly with the wall and look seamless. I feel these shutters will last decades. The only issue is they are not flushed with the bottom window sill; which allows bugs and dust to accumulate in that space. They need a 3rd person to measure window length or the installer should sit the shutter in the window before screwing in. This is a small issue to look out for but it doesn't affect the beauty of the shutter.

Ann Swanson did an incredible job helping us pick out the correct blinds and shutters. I would highly recommend Southwest Blinds and Shutters to my family and friends! Actually, I already have!

He was more than helpful in helping us determine the best shutters for our home. The shutters arrived even sooner than the time frame he had given us. The men that installed the shutters were very professional and friendly. The shutters were installed perfectly and they were helpful in answering any questions. There was not one hiccup in the entire process. So thankful and pleased we chose Southwest for this investment in our home!
