(April 27, 2022, 12:32 pm)I was very satisfied with my experience. We just moved to AZ and my daughter needed her prom dress altered. I googled alterations and Lapels popped up. They have been very responsive from the minute I contacted them. My daughter is happy with the alterations and we actually got it back earlier than promised. All of the employees were very friendly. Even though it’s a dry cleaners as well, there was a nice changing room for her to change into her dress. I will definitely use them in the future

Aurora is excellent in Alterations she can do anything!! Jerry takes extra care of his clients! I lost a blouse & he never questioned me… he gave me a credit immediately!! You can’t help but appreciate great customer service because you don’t find it very many places if at all!!! Thanks Lapels💗💗 -
