Dr Kneip took his time with my appt and helped me understand how my eye scans worked. I felt really good about the exam and also happened to find a pair of frames I liked. We talked about contacts and he gave me a few options to consider. Would definitely recommend!

When we moved farther away from Neighborhood Center, we decided to try a new place closer to our home and the new place was terrible. Serious lack of communication and empathy with children. We regretted changing eye doctors immediately. We returned to Neighborhood Vision Center for our next appointments and they were incredible. They were kind and caring and so so patient with my nine-year-old daughter who struggled to put contacts in for her first time. Like spent an hour with her, encouraging and praising her. Dr Kneip was patient and took serious time to explain some eye risks that I have and talk through options for my daughter. On top of it, l someone in the office noticed my car back tire became flat while at my appointment. Andrew, from the office, spent the next hour or more helping my husband with our stuck spare tire, then the stuck flat tire, and then even Dr. Kneip came out to help get our flat spare tire pumped up. All of this is 110plus degrees. Dripping sweat in their nice office clothes. And the office ladies even went into their lunch to help us out. They truly went the extra mile. Love this office!
